Shipping & Delivery
We offer multiple shipping options across the USA:
- USPS First Class is the free shipping option on orders over $99, which can range from 2-5 day delivery depending on your location.
- USPS delivery time is calculated in business days (Monday-Saturday) and UPS is Monday-Friday. We only ship orders Monday-Friday.
- Overnight orders placed on Friday will not be delivered on weekends.
Same day shipping applies for all orders received and paid for before 3:00PM EST on weekdays; these are shipped out the same day. Orders received after 3:00PM EST will be processed and shipped next day. During days of high order volume, your order may take up to 48 hours to ship.
Go Alpha Labs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather
- Carrier issues
- Other factors beyond our control
Orders returned to sender due to customer error will incur a $5 reshipment fee.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Requests for returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Product must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
- Opened products are not eligible for refund or exchanges.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. (Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.)
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
- Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
